Dear Students,
Given the new rules dictated by the Pharmacists’ Order, below is further information relating to filling out the booklet:
1. Fill in the booklet in Italian
2. Write the activity carried out with a daily date
3. The start and end dates of the internship must coincide with what is reported in the training project
4. The internship, as reported in the training project, must strictly last 6 months. Booklets reporting periods of less than 6 months will not be accepted.
5. At the end of the internship, as already indicated, the tutor or Pharmacy Director will have to stamp and sign each page of the booklet. They will also have to fill in and sign the first pages (including the entries: Pharmacy Stamp; owner/director signature/trainee tutor signature)
6. Since the booklet must ultimately be signed by the Order of Pharmacists of Rome for each student to be certain that it has been correctly compiled, the following is required:
– Students who have already completed the internship should bring the new booklets completed in Italian, appropriately signed and stamped, to the Didactic Secretariat by 7 January 2025.
– Students carrying out the internship should bring the booklets to the Didactic Secretariat 3 months after the start of the internship.
7. All the booklets delivered will be evaluated by a Commission that will evaluate their correct compilation.
8. Given the University closure, the new booklets for transcription in Italian can be collected in the offices of the Didactic Secretariat until 18 December.
However, if the offices are closed, it is possible to take them, from the shelf in front of the Coordinator’s studio.
9. At the end of the internship, only the booklets considered suitable by the Commission will be returned and must be brought by the student to the Pharmacists’ Order to be appropriately signed (Order address: Via A. Torlonia 15- 00161 Roma).
