The selection process will be run in two rounds, with places allocated as follows:

• FIRST ROUND: forty (40) places, including ten (10) reserved for non-EU citizens residing abroad.
• SECOND ROUND: forty (40) places, including ten (10) reserved for non-EU citizens residing abroad, plus any unfilled places from the first round in each category.

According to the agreement between the School of Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham and the University of Rome Tor Vergata, mobility opportunities are available for students from both institutions.

For students in their IV year of the Degree Course in Pharmacy, financial resources have been allocated to support the best students in pursuing an internship at the laboratories of the School of Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

Interested students officially registered in the IV year of the course should submit a motivation letter to apply for the four-month internship. Only two positions are available, and the selection process will be based on merit. This will be evaluated through documentation related to the coursework completed during the four-year program.

To be eligible, students must have passed all exams from the previous two years. The evaluation criteria will include the number of formative credits (CFU) earned and the weighted average of grades.

CLASSROOM DIVISION AND IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES

Candidates must report for identification at 8:30 a.m. on the same day, organized by division and in alphabetical order as follows:

ROOM 1: From ABDELFATTAH to KHALID

ROOM 8: From KHARAZMI to SHIRI

ROOM 4: From SHOAIB to ZEINADDINI MEIMAND

The control procedures will be on the ground floor of Building PP1 by staff from the international student secretariat. After receiving the control receipt, candidates can access the classrooms for identification.

Please note that the written test, consisting of multiple-choice questions, will begin at 9:30 AM.

The list of candidates admitted to the oral test will be posted at 2:00 PM in front of Classroom 8 in PP1.

The oral test for those admitted candidates will start at 2:30 PM in the same classroom.

IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES

For all candidates:  Show the valid identification document/passport already uploaded during the registration phase for the selection on Delphi and the receipt of payment of the payment slip of €30.00.

For non-EU candidates legally residing in Italy: plus a photocopy of a valid residence permit; if expired, submit a photocopy of the expired permit and the renewal request.

For non-EU candidates residing abroad requesting a visa for study purposes:  plus a photocopy of the pre-enrollment application submitted on Universitaly.

IT IS NOT ALLOWED:

  • Bringing bags, folders, cell phones, smartphones, notes, manuscripts, books, or publications into the classroom is prohibited. Any other materials are equally banned.
  • Communicating with each other or contacting others is also not allowed

IS ALLOWED:

  • The use of scientific calculators as long as they do not require an electrical or wireless connection.
