Erasmus+ Mobility for Studies: Call for Applications 2024/25

The call for application for the 2024/25 Erasmus+ programme is available for students of Tor Vergata University.
ERASMUS+ Programme, Key Action 1 Student Mobility for study and traineeship, based on bilateral/multilateral agreements between European Universities and Tor Vergata University of Rome is now available.

Who can Apply?

Students or graduating students in the academic year 2023-2024 who will be regularly enrolled in a course of study, coherent with the previous one, for the academic year 2024-2025 can apply.

Please note: The student who has not completed the regular enrollment in the academic year 2024-2025 before departure (for example, the student who does not pay the taxes by applying for the “cautelativa”, etc.) automatically loses the right to mobility and can not benefit the Erasmus status or the community contribution.

Application & Deadline

The application will be submitted exclusively online, by filling in the application form available at the link:
https://mobint.uniroma2.it/erasmus/candidatura/Default.aspx .

The deadline for submitting the form is on March 1st, 2024, at 12 pm.

Students planning to graduate in the Degree Session on February 29, 2024, must visit the Academic Secretariat no later than January 25, 2024, to sign the form containing useful information for the preparation of the gratuation session.

Deadline Update: Option for the one-cycle Degree Program in Pharmacy to apply for the Qualifying Degree

Students currently enrolled in the Pharmacy one-cycle degree course can transit to the new qualifying degree (AA4 code), allowing them to obtain both the degree and professional pharmacist qualification.

This option must be selected by February 15th, 2024, through the attached form.         

The form should be submitted in person to the Didactic Secretariat of the Pharmacy Degree Program, addressed to:

TRANSITION TO THE NEW SYSTEM

  • Students A.Y. 2023-2024:
  • All students enrolled in the academic year 2023-2024 are already part of the new qualifying degree system.
  • Students who have received recognition for subsequent years will automatically remain in the new system unless they request otherwise.

Students from Previous Academic Years:

Option available upon request by the interested party through the attached application form (only for enrolled students in the current academic year).

CREDITS AND RECOGNITION

  1. All verbalized credits earned in the previous system will be recognized in the new system.
  2. Frequencies of already completed courses will be considered valid for the new system.
  3. Previously completed internships will be recognized. Any missing internship period will be completed under the same rules even after transferring to the new system.
  4. Further linguistic knowledge for 3 credits:
    students already in possession of 12 cfu of optional courses (previous cohorts) are required to fill in a self-certification with the list of exams carried out by the 15th December 2023, through the attached form.
    – students not yet in possession of 12 cfu of optional courses are required to submit, if in their possession, a certificate of Italian language (foreign student) or foreign language (Italian student) from an accredited Institute by the 15th December 2023, a copy of the certification to the Didactic Secretariat. This will be quantified as 3 ECTS. – students not yet in possession of 12 cfu of optional courses, with no language certificate in their possession, can apply to a language ability test organized by the University’s Italian Language and Culture Center (CICLI), the University Language Center (CLA) or another accredited institute of equivalent level. This will be quantified as 3 ECTS.

All students who do not obtain the degree before the May 2026 degree session will be automatically passed into the qualifying degree course.

IMPORTANT

Access to the final exam for the one-cycle Degree includes the completion of an Evaluative Practical Test (EPT) preceding the thesis defense. Unlike the thesis, which is discussed in English, he EPT is conducted in Italian.

The General Ranking list for the academic year 2023/2024, The University of Rome Tor Vergata officially opens the call for admission in the first year to the five-year One-cycle Degree in Pharmacy for a total number of 80 places, distributed as follows:

a) 60 (sixty) places available to Italian citizens, EU citizens and non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy (art. 2, Italian Law n. 189/2002);

b) 20 (twenty) places reserved to non-EU citizens resident abroad (two of which are reserved to Chinese students participating to the “Marco Polo” programme)—applying for the visa.
